Every person who have computerized national Identity card and having minimum qualification of Metric can apply to become Sales Representative. Selection is based on the personal interview‚ where he/she have determined for positive thinking‚ honesty‚ hardworking‚ talkative and presentable personality. If anybody selected he/she should take basic training course held by the State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan and starts working.
The new Representative will be guided by his/her officers for easy ways to procure business. This job is purely on commission base but in some special cases the agency office may offers salary and other facilities.
